All our jewellery is handmade, so slight variations in colour, design, or size may occur. These natural differences make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders must be paid in full at checkout.

For custom or bulk orders, a non-refundable advance may be required.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not completed or if we are unable to fulfill it due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded.

3. Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3-5 business days.

Shipping times vary based on your location. Delays due to postal services or customs are beyond our control.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.
