📌 1. Do you make all the jewellery yourself?

Yes! Each piece is lovingly handcrafted by me, using high-quality beads and materials to ensure you get something truly unique.

📦 2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location — typically 6-10 business days within India and 15-20 business days for international orders.

💍 3. Can I customize a design?

Absolutely! I love custom orders. Please message me with your ideas and we’ll create something special just for you.

🔄 4. What if my jewellery arrives damaged?

I carefully package every piece, but if something arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with a photo. I’ll replace or repair it as quickly as possible.

🔁 5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes — please see our Return & Exchange Policy for details. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery for unused, unworn items.

📐 6. How do I take care of my beaded jewellery?

To keep your jewellery looking beautiful:

Avoid contact with water, perfume, and harsh chemicals.

Store it in a dry place, preferably in a box or pouch.

Handle with care to avoid accidental breakage.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI. For custom orders, a small advance may be required.
